I stopped skipping leg day by accident

Physio built the homework people actually do

Replying to '12-minute workouts do nothing'

Why was I paying for three cloud plans?

My dad ran his shop out of a shoebox

Reacting to 'where did all the money go?'

I close my laptop at 5:30 and nobody noticed

I quit every planner, so I built one

Reacting to my screen time: 212 pickups

Seven years of Spanish and I froze at the counter

POV: the waiter switches to English instantly

3 things that finally made Japanese stick
My thumb quit swiping before I did

POV: nobody had to pick the first date spot

3 green flags you see before you match

2am and my brain is planning tomorrow

POV: they're finally asleep and you have six minutes

3 nightstand swaps that ended my doomscrolling
Anatomy of a chain
Four beats. One ad.
Video models generate 5–10 second clips with no memory of the last one. A chain is written so the four clips match — same face, same room, same light — and cut together into an ad that sells.
Mid-squat confession
“I haven't skipped leg day in {{STREAK}}. How?”
Vertical 9:16 handheld selfie video, phone propped low on the floor, angled up. A 28-year-old woman with light brown skin and dark curly hair in a high puff, sage-green crop sports top, black leggings, small gold hoops, flushed and no makeup, holds a deep bodyweight squat in a small sunlit living room at 7 am, yoga mat on a wooden floor. She looks straight into the lens, slightly out of breath and amused, and says: "I haven't skipped leg day in {{STREAK}}. How?" Static camera, soft window light from the left, natural skin texture, shot on iPhone front camera, unpolished home video.
On screen: I haven't skipped leg day in 6 weeks 😳
The 12-minute trick
“It only ever asks for {{SESSION_LENGTH}}. That's it. Twelve minutes I can always find.”
Vertical 9:16 over-the-shoulder handheld shot in the same sunlit living room at 7 am. The same 28-year-old woman with dark curly hair in a high puff, sage-green crop sports top and gold hoops sits cross-legged on a yoga mat holding an iPhone at chest height; the screen shows a bright workout timer counting down from {{SESSION_LENGTH}} with an exercise list. She scrolls with her thumb, taps a large start button, and the camera pushes in slightly toward the screen. She says: "It only ever asks for {{SESSION_LENGTH}}. That's it. Twelve minutes I can always find." Soft window light from the left, natural skin texture, shot on iPhone, handheld micro-shake.
On screen: it only asks for 12 minutes
The streak she didn't plan
“Forty-two days. I've never done forty-two days of anything.”
Vertical 9:16 close-up handheld selfie video in the same small living room, now slightly sweaty after a workout. The same 28-year-old woman with light brown skin, dark curly hair in a high puff coming loose, sage-green crop sports top and gold hoops, holds an iPhone up next to her face so the screen faces the lens, showing a calendar streak of filled-in days. She taps the screen twice, eyebrows raised, half proud and half disbelieving, and says: "Forty-two days. I've never done forty-two days of anything." Soft morning light from the left, natural skin texture, shot on iPhone front camera, slight handheld movement.
On screen: 42-day streak (I've never finished anything)
Low-stakes invite
“It's {{APP_NAME}}. {{OFFER}}. Try one session and see.”
Vertical 9:16 handheld selfie video, medium close-up, same sunlit living room at 7 am. The same 28-year-old woman with dark curly hair in a loosened high puff, sage-green crop sports top and gold hoops, grabs a water bottle from the floor, stands up and points the phone down at the yoga mat, then back at her face with a relaxed smile. She says: "It's {{APP_NAME}}. {{OFFER}}. Try one session and see." Natural window light, natural skin texture, shot on iPhone front camera, casual and unscripted feel.
On screen: {{APP_NAME}} · {{OFFER}} ↓

Questions
Before you buy
What exactly is a prompt chain?+
One complete UGC ad split into four beats — hook, demo, proof, CTA — each with a model-ready prompt, shot list, spoken line, on-screen text, audio cue and the reference images it needs. Generate the four clips, drop them on a timeline, add the captions from the overlay spec, and you have a 15–30 second ad.
Which video models does it work with?+
Every beat ships in three dialects: Seedance 2.5 (timecoded, @Image references), Kling 4.0 (subject-first with speaker tags; written to Kling 3.0 conventions until 4.0 documents its own) and Gemini Omni Flash (one prose block sized to 3/5/10 s). The prompts are plain text, so they also work in Veo, Sora-style models and Hailuo with light edits.
Do I need a real creator or product photos?+
You need one reference image of a creator (generated or real, with consent) and, for DTC, a clean product shot; for apps, exports of your real screens. Each chain says exactly which image anchors which beat and how to attach it. The reference-image kit includes templates and prompts for making them.
How were the sample ads made?+
We rendered them straight from the chains: AI image stills of the creator (Flux 2) (one reference image keeps the same person across all four beats), an AI voice reading the chain's lines, and FFmpeg for handheld motion, captions and the cut. No video-model footage except one Hailuo 2.3 hook, so the samples show structure and pacing; your Seedance/Kling/Gemini renders add full motion and native lip-sync in every beat. Every sample is labelled.
Is it a subscription?+
No. Pay once, keep the files. Future chains added to an edition you own are included.
Can I use the ads for clients?+
Yes. Personal and client use is included — run the ads you make for your own products or your clients'. You can't resell or redistribute the chains themselves. Full terms on the license page.
What if it's not for me?+
Email us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't downloaded the pack yet. Browse the 10 free chains and every hook first — they're the same quality as the paid ones.
What format are the files?+
Markdown (one file per chain, readable in Notion/Obsidian), JSON (for your own tools and agents), a Claude Project and a ChatGPT custom GPT knowledge file that write new chains in the same format for your product, plus the sample-ad MP4s and the reference-image kit.
